WATCH: Jim Lehrer Supports The Influence Of Teachers




John Merrow has been reporting for PBS NewsHour for a number of years. Jim Lehrer is extremely supportive of his work and took the time to produce a three-minute faux newscast to celebrate the release of Merrow’s new book, The Influence of Teachers.

Jim Lehrer’s faux newscast is worthy of prime time!

I loved this video because it gave me a brief look at so many aspects of the world of teaching, and encouraged me that serious attention is being paid to the profession. Thank you Mr. Merrow and Mr. Lehrer.
