Kelly Hunter is the Executive Director of Children’s Literacy Initiative, a Philadelphia-based non-profit that strives to help PK-3 educators with developing effective strategies for promoting reading and writing. You can read more about their mission here.

LM web producer Ted Bauer spoke to Hunter at #EWA12 in May; topics ranged from the pressing need of excellent leadership in the emerging literacy field to best practices and CLI’s future (which now includes a major web component).
