Due to the economic and housing crisis, the rate of homelessness is rapidly rising. What may surprise you is that schools are stepping in to fill the gap for students and their families. Learning Matters’ producers traveled to Green Bay, Wisconsin where the number of homeless students — 504 — is at an all-time high.
