WATCH: Seat Belts on School Buses – Imperative or Impractical?

Some 25 million children ride school buses every day in the U.S. and most of those buses don’t have seat belts. Amid renewed concerns about safety, a record number of states is considering legislation to change that, sparking a controversial and emotional debate. That didn’t stop the Austin, Texas, school district from fitting its school buses with the belts.
