Paul Vallas has massive long-range plans for the New Orleans schools. A longer school day, a longer school year, more technology, specialized high schools, and jobs for all juniors and seniors are just part of his ambitious list. But what does he do when some of his schools are falling apart now, right in front of him?

In this episode, we see Paul Vallas struggle to bolster schools and student achievement with radical plans.
